Caratteristiche:

hygienic TPE-S rubber hose; reinforcing spiral in AISI 302 stainless steel and high tenacity polyester textile insertion . Completely smooth internal and external surface to facilitate the passage of substances and for easier cleaning and disinfection before and after use.

Highly neutral to odors and flavours, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the substances transported. Good chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions; good abrasion resistance and waterproof. Resistant to hydrolysis and bacterial growth. Versatile rubber resistant to oils and greases under common conditions of use.

Excellent resistance to ozone, aging and atmospheric phenomena.

Curing-free material: Pharmasteel press does not require any curing process, thus preventing the risk of residue extraction in the final product (volatile peroxide or platinum residues) and allowing energy savings and limited Co _{2 emissions}

Food according to EU Regulation 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2), FDA regulations (Title 21 CFR 177.2600, classes D, E). Suitable for the pharmaceutical environment in accordance with the international standard USP CLASS VI.

 

Campi di applicazione:

ideale per aspirazione e mandata di prodotti cosmetici e di bellezza, alimenti e sostanze farmaceutiche a temperature fino a +100 °C. Per vini di qualità, succhi di frutta, latte e derivati, liquori con max. 96% contenuto alcolico, creme, saponi, aromi, pigmenti. Resistente a prodotti contenenti oli e grassi in accordo con il Reg. EU 10/2011 (classe D2).
