In fact, IPL offers a specific range of PVC-P hoses with anti-abrasive TPU liner, which are particularly suitable for suction and discharge of materials with a high abrasive power, especially on construction sites where the removal of rubble, and debris in general is required.
Multilayer hoses combine excellent resistance to the passage of slurry, sand, stones, concrete and other conglomerates with a longer in-use life than hoses commonly used in these applications. Urano PU and Urano HD SUPER (the latter with an anti-abrasive TPU liner that is up to 2.2 mm thick) have always been the ideal solution, due to their toughness and reliability under particularly harsh conditions. The flagship of this campaign is the new ARGO hose: maximum abrasion resistance, thanks to its anti-abrasive TPU liner; copper wire inserted between the spirals, to allow dissipation of static charges; corrugated outer surface, for an easier dragging on the ground.

A special mention should be made of NETTUNO PU, the most widely used hose for concrete transfer, at cement plants and premixed/aggregate processing plants. Featuring an anti-abrasive TPU underlayer resistant to hydrolysis and microbes , it is a versatile and very flexible hose that is well suited to the passage of liquids and abrasive substances.
