Food-grade PVC-P hoses reinforced with PVC spiral, first of all BACCO hose, are the most widely used in the various stages of grape processing: thanks to their particular flexibility and ease of handling in use, they are simply installed on oenological equipment and machinery, for suction and delivery of beverages with alcohol concentration up to 50%. Within the range of PVC-P spiral hoses, IPL also offers the SPIRALPRESS ENO hose, specifically designed for this sector and featuring a protruding spiral, which facilitates its sliding on the ground; thanks to its high tenacity polyester fibre textile reinforcement, it is suitable for operations requiring excellent resistance to high pressures.
In the various stages of filling and/or bottling, IPL recommends the use of flexible solutions made of TPE-S rubber, for a high degree of hygiene and neutrality to odours and tastes: PLUTONE PF, PHARMAPRESS, PHARMASTEEL, PHARMASTEEL PRESS.
