Caratteristiche:
Ether-based TPU hose, AISI 302 stainless steel reinforcement spiral and polyester textile reinforcement. Completely smooth internal and external surface to facilitate the passage of substances and for easier cleaning and disinfection before and after use. It can be made conductive (R<10 2 Ohm/m) by grounding the coil. The extruded, low-porosity TPU tubing reduces the risk of permeation. Highly neutral to odors and flavours, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the substances transported. Excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attacks. Good chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions; versatile material resistant to oils and greases according to the common conditions of use.
Food according to EU European regulation 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, E) and according to FDA Reg. (Title CFR 177.2600, classes D, E, F). Suitable for the pharmaceutical environment in accordance with the international standard USP class VI.
Campi di applicazione:
Tubo per aspirazione e mandata di polveri e granuli altamente abrasivi. Soluzione ideale per il trasporto di polveri farmaceutiche e cosmetiche, pillole, compresse di medicinali; farine e granuli alimentari, zucchero, sale, frutta secca. Idoneo al trasporto di liquidi alimentari, farmaceutici e cosmetici con concentrazione alcolica fino al 20%.
